My daughter took a nap this morning because she woke up way too early and was being a grouch which meant that I could go to the grocery store after I dropped my son off at school (instead of rushing home to put her down).

Most of the stuff I bought is for us but some of it is for my son's birthday party (soda, flour, sugar, chips).

The cashier rang up the apples incorrectly, they should have been .99/lb instead of $1.79/lb but I just noticed now so my bad. The thing is, I don;t even really care because my daughter was good the whole time in the store and going back in for $1.41 after already strapping her in the car was just not worth it to me.

I am going to do another shopping trip this week, most likely on Friday, to pick up what I need for the party on Sunday but at least our food needs will be met until then.
