CVS- I Think I Came In Contact With Real Live Hoarders!

Skintimate Shave Cream $3.99 - $1.00 MC
Nivea for Men Body Wash $4.99 - $1.00 MC
Candy Corn .99
Bat .29 (reg. $4.99)
Magic Grow Snake .39 (reg. $3.99)
Water Balloons .19 (reg. $3.99)
2 Beach Balls @ .19 each (reg. $1.99 each)
2 Swim Rings @ .19 each (reg. $2.99 each)
Less $7.99 ECB

Total: $2.75
Received $8.98 ECB (.99 Candy Corn, $3.00 Skintimate and $4.99 Nivea)

My receipt says I saved $30.30 which come to about 92%- awesome except for the fact that I wouldn't have bought the cheap summer junk if it weren't 90% off.

The summer stuff was 90% off but the aisle was almost bare. I felt like I was watching an episode of Hoarders because an elderly couple had five cart fulls of clearance stuff. It wasn't even like the stuff was that nice- just the run of the mill cheap summer stuff that CVS sells each year. Hoarders are funny- I know that they were probably just buying the stuff to sell at a flea market but let me keep thinking that I got to see hoarding insanity first hand.

Back to the summer clearance- none of the stuff was ringing in right so the cashier had to manually enter the prices and as you can I got some stuff way cheaper than I should have. I felt really bad for the poor cashiers; why can't CVS get their act together and program the registers so that things ring up right?

Hear is the Magic Grow Snake in a bucket of water. Supposedly he will grow to be a few feet long. I'll make sure to keep you updated.
