I honestly love this stuff- the ingredient list is awesome plus it is gluten and dairy free. I use it when I am busy and don't have time to make something for myself to eat (I mix it with unsweetened almond milk)- normally I would just skip a meal but that is a habit that I have been working hard to break. I have also used it as sort of a recovery drink after intense work outs (the Insanity work out kicks my butt).

If you are using some other meal replacement drink I dare you to compare the ingredients in it to this- you will be shocked at the difference.
