Basically as it stands right now I spent $5.25 for each package of diapers. Not a super deal BUT I also have $6 in Register Rewards to spend and a $5 Pampers coupon. I don't count the Register Rewards earned until I actually redeem them but if you are into that sort of thing then I suppose you could say the diapers ended up being $4.25 a pack. And if you wanted to throw in the Pampers coupon you could say I paid $3.42 a pack (but still, counting coupons before they are redeemed is voo-doo science to me).

I would have spend a little less if I didn't buy the Easy Ups (the Walgreens coupon was only good towards the regular diapers) but my son still needs to wear a diaper at night and he totally freaks out if I try to put a "baby" diaper on him.

My mom also got in on this deal to help me stock up for the baby so my diaper closet is filled- not enough to diaper a baby for over two years but a great start for now!
