No menu plan again this week. The thought of food at this time in the morning is making me sick to my stomach. Or maybe I feel sick because I'm nervous about taking my kids to my ob visit. The doctor just wants to listen for the heartbeat so it will be quick but I am really hoping that my kids behave. Really, really hoping.
