The kids each got a $25 Target gift card from my husband's aunt for Christmas so they each got to pick something out today. My son chose the Hot Wheels set that was not the least bit on sale but he really, really wanted it and it was his money so I had to bite my tongue and let him get it. My daughter, who is 18 months old, got the doll set which was 50% off and a better value for her her money (she obviously is so young she could care less what she got).

There was tons of Christmas stuff at 75% off but not much that I wanted. I think I am just so over Christmas that the thought of buying decorations for next year makes me a little ill. We did get a ton of streamers though- I will use these for birthday parties because they don't have any Christmas-y stuff on them.

What a boring trip. I can't wait until the toys go to 75% off- my toy closet has been depleted due to Christmas.

And yes, I didn't use any coupons. What a wonderfully stress free trip. Ahhhhh.
