I still have $6.41 left in my grocery budget for the week (until pay day on Friday) because of underspending in previous weeks and rebates that I have received (my budget is $60 a week). The trash bags come out of my household budget which now has $5.42 left in it for the week.

I had both kids with me so I was in dummy mode and forgot that I had a $8 off $80 coupon that I could have used and saved myself an extra $3.00. Oh well, we made it out of the store with no tantrums or complete meltdowns so to me that is worth $3.00.

I usually don't spend this much but I needed to buy seafood for my rebate, I had a raincheck for the steak tips that was about to expire and there were some decent Catalina deals (oh yeah, and the ridiculous town trash bags).
