  1. Welcome to Menu Plan Monday! I'm a newbie myself and just started participating in the link party about a month ago.
I can totally relate to needing to meal plan once you have dietary restrictions. When I was nursing my son, I had to go off dairy and soy for several months. I was amazed how many foods have hidden dairy and soy! I HAD to plan every meal since I couldn't order pizza or Chinese in a pinch. I also started making a lot from scratch and haven't gone back.
I hope that eliminating those foods from your diet will improve your health. :)

  2. Thanks for stopping by! I had to stop eating dairy with all three of my kids and know what you mean about feeling like it was hidden in everything! I have been feeling a lot better since eliminating dairy and gluten and am really hoping that getting back into menu planning will keep me from spending too much at the grocery store. And speaking of Chinese food- I am really going to miss having egg rolls, lol. Maybe I can find a gluten free recipe :)
