This week I am using what we already have on hand because I am being lazy frugal. Here we go...
Monday
Main Dish: Salsa Chicken in the Crock Pot
Side Dishes: Tortillas, Corn and Broccoli
Tuesday
Main Dish: Baked BBQ Chicken Legs
Side Dishes: Roasted Potatoes, Mixed Veggies, Beets
Wednesday
Main Dish: Homemade Pizza with Green Peppers
Side Dishes: Mixed Veggies
Thursday
Main Dish: Hamburger Rice Casserole (ground beef, brown rice, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped carrot, potatoes)
Side Dishes: Green Beans
Friday
Kitchen is closed! Take out night!
Saturday
I don't get home from work until 6:30 so the kids eat whatever my husband rustles up and my husband and I eat something quick when I get home (usually pasta).
Sunday
Main Dish: Roasted Chicken
Side Dish: Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Spinach
