I went to Shaws today when we got back from taking the kids to Davis Farmland for my son's birthday (I had a buy one get one free admission coupon from Tropicana Juicy Rewards). I had to get stuff for his birthday party on Sunday- I have to work all day tomorrow and when I get out of work I have to make the cake and a few other things so today was my only chance.

Total: $46.91 after $1.80 in bottle returns and I received a $4.00 Catalina for purchasing 4 Solo products.

I paid $4.00 for the Solo cups and plates and got a $4.00 Catalina so they were basically free- can't beat that!

I forgot to buy a cucumber for the pasta salad I am making but I have one in the refrigerator that still seems good so I am crossing my fingers that it stays that way until Sunday.

One last thought- I love my kids but shopping without them is wonderful. I actually have time to look for deals and look through my coupons without getting frazzled
