This isn't really a deal blog, but I think I'm going to start to sporatically post deals that I come across that I take advantage of (and when I say come across I mean read on Slickdeals).

This is a good deal on baby wipes- Babies R Us has 400 count boxes of Babyganics wipes for $10 and they are buy one get one free. This comes out to .013 a wipe which is pretty good considering the sub par wipes deals that have been around lately. They are not available for shipping but you can do store pick up for free.

I do not know what happened here because I was supposed to only have gotten a $10 +Up Reward for meeting the $50 threshold for the Kimberly Clark deal. My receipt for some reason says that I spent $71.96 total towards the deal. The only thing I can think of is that the cashier rang in my diapers and then for some reason the cash drawer popped out- I thought she maybe voided the transaction but looking back maybe the diapers ended up counting twice, once the first time she rang them in and made a mistake and then a second time when she rang the transaction correctly.

I emailed Rite Aid but I don't think that there is much they can do to reset the deal and I know if I go back to the store they will look at me like I am crazy. So I'll just take it at what it is. Here is a breakdown of the total deal:

Transaction #1 (yesterday):

3 packages of diapers totaling $25.50 after coupons

Received $10 +Up Reward

Transaction #2 (today):

2 packages of diapers totaling $5.98 after coupons/rewards

Received $20 +Up Reward

Total out of pocket: $31.48

Rewards leftover: $20

Total price per jumbo pack: $6.30

Total price per jumbo pack taking into account rewards leftover: $2.30
