I haven't bought meatballs in years because they are so much better homemade but I couldn't resist the great price today. At $3.49 a pound I got them cheaper than it would have cost me to make them myself- the ground beef is $4.99 a pound. I also feel good about buying meatballs made fresh at the store because I know Whole Foods uses the same ingredients that I would use to make homemade ones. See, we all cut corners where we can because it is impossible to do it all.
